In February 2016, we were looking for a painter for a home we had in Eatons Hill, Northside of Brisbane that we were preparing for sale. After obtaining a number of quotes we chose Noonan Painters after they sent us their very reasonable quote. Apart from the very reasonable cost we selected them as they moved quickly to attend the house to measure and quote and they provided a written quote within 24 hours of looking at the house. They arrived to undertake the work when they said they would and Rohan Noonan continued to communicate with us regularly until they finished the work a week later.

The end result of their work was at such a good standard that the real estate agent asked for Noonan details so she could refer future clients. There was only one little patch on a ceiling that we reported to Rohan and he had it fixed the very next day. Although not totally due to the excellent painting, the house sold after the first open house.

In August 2016, when preparing to paint our current home in Mt Crosby I contacted Rohan for a list of painters that he would recommend out at our area. Rohan advised that he was happy to quote to have the house painted and his team could do it. They have since completed our home in Mt Crosby and again the work continues to be of a very high standard and at a very reasonable cost. One thing that I am most thankful for is that Rohan communicates with us throughout the process so that we are always up to date with what is happening and he makes it an opportunity to ask us if there are issues we are having that can be resolved.
